Missions Garage Sale preparations had begun!

Dear FWC family,

Last week I mentioned that the Missions Garage Sale preparations had begun! One week later I can report that it’s in “full gear!” Thanks to all the volunteers who are working to be ready for our sale on Saturday, Oct. 19th. It is much appreciated. You can be a part by helping with the pricing weekdays from 9am until noon, or by cleaning out your garage and donating items for the sale. All proceeds will go directly to our 2014 Mission Trips to the Matamoros Children’s Home.

This Sunday we’ll be in part four of our six week Lord’s Prayer series. We’ll be exploring “Give us today our daily bread.” God desires that we be completely dependent on Him for our every need. To say that’s difficult in our affluent culture in an understatement. Can’t wait to share more about that this weekend!

Make sure to check out the bulletin this Sunday for all of the FWC October events. It’s going to be a busy month and I don’t want you to miss an opportunity to fellowship with the family.
