FWC News From Randy

Dear FWC family,

It has been a “roller-coaster” week around the office. We’ve received good news, bad news, tremendous blessings and deep heartaches. It’s the main reason Jesus told us we need each other. So that we can rejoice together, laugh together, cry together, pray together and sometimes mourn together. May we be a fellowship that does this well!

Our teens are continuing to prepare for Youth Sunday! Ethan and several of our youth volunteers have been working behind the scenes to prepare them for leading our church into worship on Feb. 16th. Please continue to pray for them and be thinking of someone you can invite that day. Let’s commit to filling our sanctuary that Sunday!

We’ll continue in our Daniel series this Sunday with “The Man in the Furnace.” Our text will be Daniel 3 if you want to read ahead. This two-part sermon will help us answer the accusations from our culture with regards to tolerance and unjust suffering. We’ll see that God has left us just what we need to “speak the truth in love.”

Last Sunday I challenged you to write down your prayer requests and the response was fantastic! Our prayer team gladly interceded on your behalf. Can we keep that up? Let’s be a group of believers that clings to God’s promise to hear and answer the prayers of the righteous.

See you Sunday!

Randy

“Then Nebuchadnezzar said, “Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent his angel and rescued his servants!”
